To help make the service seamless for customers in various stages of growth, we offer 4 foundation plans as below:
Foundation path focuses on the basics. Choose foundation path if you:
- Have in-house expertise in Google Cloud
- Your organization understands the use of Google cloud and setup
- You prefer that your team performs the setup.
Foundation path plus focuses on everything covered in foundation path with the emphasis on completing setup, Choose foundation path plus if you :
- Have in-house expertise in general cloud technology
- Need expert advise on how to use Google cloud
- Your organization needs more than just a basic understanding of the setup
- You prefer to do the setup yourself.
Foundation path premium is a done for your service, Choose foundation path premium if you :
- Have in-house expertise in general cloud technology
- Need expert advise on how to use Google cloud
- Your organization needs expert setup
- You prefer expert setup while your team continues to learn from experts.
Foundation path premium plus includes everything in premium (Done for you) and also includes setting up a cloud center of excellence. Choose this option if you
- Want the top of the line services and setup
- Want to experience the full power of what GCP has to offer along with training your team on-site and remote as well as supporting them for an extended period of time while setting up a core center of cloud excellence at your organization.
Foundation Path
Foundation path focusses on the basics
What’s Included :
Duration:2 weeks.
Mode of Delivery:1 call each week (upto 2 hours each call) to cover:
- Review current processes
- Review org departments and needs including cloud identity
- Perform organization review (Number of users etc)
- Advise on folder hierarchy including users, groups and admins
- Review security protocols & resource hierarchies
- Review billing and safeguards
- Review alerting mechanisms, logging and monitoring
- Review best practices and cost saving mechanisms
- Review virtual machines, VPC networks, IP address setup
- Provide 1 application that the client can build onsite and move to the cloud with documentation
- Demo
- Answer questions throughout the week by email (SLA 24 hours response).
Foundation Path Plus
Foundation path plus focuses on everything covered in foundation path with the emphasis on completing setup
What’s Included :
Duration:2 weeks.
Mode of Delivery:1 call each week (upto 2 hours each call) to cover:
- Everything from Foundation path +
- How to Set up a Cloud Identity account
- How to Add users and groups to your Cloud Identity account
- How to Set up administrator access to your organization
- How to Set up billing
- How to Set up the resource hierarchy
- How to Set up access control for your resource hierarchy
- How to Set up support
- How to Set up your networking configuration
- How to Set up logging and monitoring
- How to Configure security settings for apps and data
- Provide 3 applications that your team can build onsite and learn by migrating to the cloud with documentation (Demo apps include apps that use:VM’s, launch webservices, use features like BigTable/Data store, Cloud storage)
- Demo & detailed documentation.
- Answer questions throughout the 3 weeks by email (SLA 24 hours response).
- Uptp 2 additional phone calls per engagement ** Depending on availability and might incur additional charges.
Foundation Path Premium
Foundation path premium is a done for your service
What’s Included :
Duration:4 weeks
Mode of Delivery:1 call each week (upto 2.5 hours each call) to cover:
- Everything from Foundation path + Foundation path plus
- Set up a Cloud Identity account
- Add users and groups to your Cloud Identity account
- Set up administrator access to your organization
- Set up billing
- Set up the resource hierarchy
- Set up access control for your resource hierarchy
- Set up support
- Set up your networking configuration
- Set up logging and monitoring

- Complete any additional items that client needs specific to their environment.
- Provide 5 applications that your team can build onsite and learn by migrating to the cloud with documentation (Demo apps include apps that use:VM’s, launch webservices, use most of the features in GCP including Containeraization, bigData, .Net, Java migrations)
- Demos & detailed documentation.
- Hands-on prep and walk through of applications.
